Choice Of Themes
This template comes with the following theming options.
There are four basic options for configuring this template:
- Hilite eg Headings, links and menu active states for the main content area
- Background colour - Choice between Silver/Grey and Tan/Brown
- Icon Colour - the background colour for the social icons on the top right. These icons come in either a white or black colour.
Creating your own theme is as simple as combining the four elements above.
The css files for each of these elements can be found in the templates/lacuna/css folder and are named according to the area they control eg hiliteRed, bottomBlue etc. Each of the css files reference their own image folders which means that if you are using the hiliteRed theme then the images called by the sthlyesheet can be found in the templates/lacuna/images/hiliteRed folder.
In order to have your own theme variation show up in the drop down list in the template admin all you need to do is upload your css stylesheet to the templates/lacuna/css folder and name the file according to the convention outlined above.

Please note that all colour information is controlled within these four css files. The core layout is addressed in the theme.css file. It is advised to disable the css compression during development to speed up accessing of the individual stylesheets and recommended that once your site goes into production that you enable css and javascript compression in the template > extra parameters in the template administrator.
